My lawn used to better than my neighbors. I had this company for my house in Riverhills in Valrico and my rental property in Brandon. My lawn started dying earlier this year and then my tenant said she saw them coming and leaving without doing anything so I watched them and they were doing the same thing at my house and billing me for both places. I’ve also been paying for exterior pest control that also wasn’t being done from all the mud boggers and ants which should have alerted me sooner. I cancelled this month for both locations. Pretty sure the HOA is going to be making me resod.

Lawn was in terrible condition for reasons I won't get into. Called Greenworks, Brendan made it out to see me the same day and gave me his evaluation. He has a good attitude toward getting the problem fixed and getting your yard back to looking great. He came out again on a moment's notice 3-weeks later and solved another problem that the yard had developed. It's been approximately a little better than 3-months and my yard is looking so great again. I'm very pleased with the commitment he
made and would highly recommend Brendan and Greenworks.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. We have used their services for a few years. In the beginning, it was great, but now my lawn is a disaster. The lawn, which we resodded in the last year because of their care, is also dying. I have called 4 times asking for a supervisor to come look at the lawn. All they do is have the tech call us (the tech that is currently caring for our disaster of a lawn). He blamed us, saying we were watering too much. Ok, we cut our water back by 50% and it looks even worse. The tech, (not the supervisor I asked for) started the conversation with “per my email” which didn’t go well. I called last week and AGAIN asked for a supervisor to evaluate the lawn. No one came or even called. They just had the same tech call again. He lied and said he had tried “numerous times to talk to us”. When I responded with “I was home the last time you were here and you never came to the door” he had no response. He also told me he would come out yesterday and wanted to know what our concerns are. I told him the dead lawn and the dirt I’m looking at are my concerns. Guess what, he never came or even called, even though we had set up a meeting. I’m INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR LAWN CARE AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ve attached pics of my lawn and I ask, would you continue to pay for this?

I have been with Greenworks now for awhile now. I have every service they provide. (Lawn, Bug, and Mosquito) My lawn and bushes are the greenest in my community by far than others. No issues with bugs inside or out. Plus we can enjoy a Camp Fire with out getting bite by a Mosquito enjoying the out doors. Greenworks goes above and beyond to make their service top notch. Thank you Team Snow Removal…lol

I am so pleased with how our lawn has continued to look from last summer, the winter and now getting back into summer months, our lawn looks FABULOUS! I can’t thank our technician Paul enough! He has been so patient, informative, and personable throughout this whole process! He gave us great tips on mowing, watering and even set our irrigation system to the proper settings! I know I can count on him and S&O Greenworks to always get my lawn looking fresh! I highly recommend the S&O Team!

Man..... When I told Steve at S&O Greenworks I wanted Disneyland grass and to not kill my dogs with chemicals, he didn't disappoint. I was told to push mow instead of rider as a rider crushes the blades and leaves permanent tire tracks which I can see in all my neighbors lawns. The 2 rear neighbors use @Tru Green. Look at the difference! I'm not being paid to given anything free for telling you about S&O. Just a VERY happy customer! The push mower and weeding kills my back but man, it's so worth it. With proper watering and mowing habits, you can have an awesome lawn too!
