I have worked almost exclusively with greenworks - Matt in San Antonio and Greg in Austin prior to his move. In dozens and dozens of inspections, Matt has always been incredible. He’s been a wonderful communicator and always patient enough to answer even the most difficult clients’ concerns and questions.

He’s one of the few inspectors who actually does physical inspections of the roofs instead of just relying on drone photography. His reports have been submitted without fail, most of the day within the same day of the inspection.

He’s licensed in almost every single inspection there is to be licensed in so if you’re looking for a one stop shop for your home inspections, Matt and greenworks is the company to go with!

Best of all, in my opinion, are their packages. My favorite one yet is their new construction package which has afforded my beloved clients the opportunity to have their home re-inspected within 11 months so they can maximize the builders’ one year warranties.
