After he checked everything out he showed us some things that would need further repair. He was very informative about all our options. I believe he went above and beyond what was expected. Alexio was the service technician who came out to perform our tune-up for both the furnace and air conditioner. I definitely give Alexio top ratings because he is very thorough and professional. Alexio made sure that our furnace was running at its best and pointed out a couple of things that might need some attention in the future. Alexio also cleaned our air conditioner and checked the temperature coming out of the vents to make sure that it was functioning at its full potential.
By the time Alexio was done with everything, he had about four pages detailing out everything he did, along with pictures for our furnace and air conditioning unit. Alexio was great and showed great customer service skills. He also scheduled another appointment with the service coach to come along with him, for the following week regarding a follow-up for something that was done about 2 years ago to make sure that there was no leak in our system. I am very satisfied with the work that Alexio did for us and appreciate his great attitude.

Greiner came through for me in 2020 when my a/c gave up on me. I immediately became a grateful customer and have been ever since. The receptionists are so sweet and helpful and the encounters I've had with the service workers has been outstanding. Matt came out today for a routine check up and was so kind, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in proper working condition. He communicated with me thoroughly, was punctual, flexible with my time and made me feel like a valued customer. I am so happy with the service I have received from Greiner.

Jose was polite, friendly, and very personable. He also showed us through pictures everything he checked on our heater. He also checked our duct work which we passed with flying colors! I am so glad I have Greiner taking care of our unit!

I was so pleased to discover Greiner for my regular HVAC maintenance needs. Your timing, texts, vehicle and technician were so professional, your maintenance price plan so reasonable, I really felt well taken care of, and SAFE. Jason answered all my questions & even put a battery into my 10 ft ceiling smoke alarm. Perhaps that could be a regular service? I just cannot do tall ladders anymore.

Greiner is bar NONE, the most professional HVAC company out there! They have an awesome team including my most recent tech Angel! 10’s across the board and I’m quite selective as a property manager in Woodland for 37 years. They know their stuff and are incredibly knowledgeable and not interested in upselling just INFORMING!!! Just can’t say enough about this company!

Our rental property had an issue with the water not heating. Turned out to be a bigger issue as the water heater is old so we decided to get a new one.

Our technician was David Kling. 10 out 10 with the work and customer service. Excellent follow through, explained the issues simply and provided multiple options for a solution. Would definitely have him do work with us again and would recommend him to family and friends.

The install crew of Eddie and Marcus was also excellent! These two came early and they installed the new water heater faster than expected and well done. They were very polite, efficient, and helpful - professional. It's been a few days since the install and our tenants have had no issues. All is well again with having warm and hot water.

I'd also like to add that the customer service agents I spoke to on the phone Makayla, Angie and Debbie to coordinate all the appointments for the technician and install crew were wonderful and so helpful! Thank you again Greiner for fantastic products and service. 10 out of 10.

angel had been very busy and arrived after 5 PM, even though it was late, he took his time and did an excellent job on our system. In addition, he heard some of our concerns and is looking into resolving them for us. All in all was an A+ experience in every way, God bless Angel
