This location does not longer act as a pick up or drop off you have to go to Blythe. Which isn't surprising since when they remodeled they removed all seating.

Bought a ticket from quartzsite to Santa Ana. The whole took over 8 and 1/2 hours because the bus broke down in desert center. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere for 5 and 1/2 hours in the middle of the morning before they could send another bus for us. Greyhound offered no comps or anything to compensate our inconvenience. I will never ride on Greyhound again.

I was there ahead of time as can be verified by Sunshine Shuttle and cashier of the Pilot truck stop in Quartzite, Arizona . I stood where both these people said the bus pulled in. It didn't slow down or stop. It turned left on the main street through town. Since I couldn't see past the semis parked, I went in the direction the bus turned thinking it may have stopped at McDonald's. It wasn't on the drive thru side so I went to the other side of the building and no bus. An employee was emptying trash so I asked him if he saw the bus. He said it went straight to the interstate. Thinking maybe he didn't know or see, I went to the back of both businesses and also scanned the parking lots. The driver had not slowed down or stopped.

It was simple enough. Overpriced essentials in the gas station+ and a mcd that a greyhound parks next to for 20 mins while the sad, downtrodden passengers stretch their legs and spend money until they are ushered back to the bus by zombie-like drivers.. who will just scan your eTicket off your phone or printout before letting your board. It may be trading customer service for simplicity and that's not too bad of a trade in my book?
