Very nice place to live. Grounds a kept up and clean. Maintenance and repairs done in a timely manner. Improvements have been done by management like the lighting has been repaired. Parking issues are improving. All in all I very much like living here. Recently I had a leak in my kitchen sink. The manager had maintenance out to fix it. They were very kind and quick. This is also a very safe community to walk and enjoy.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years and the new management is doing things to improve the grounds and the manager Terri is always super quick with her communication and you can tell that she works very hard managing such a large properties with so many tenants. I hope to continue living here for years to come as I feel it’s the nicest property in the area.

I have been living here for nine years and would not live any place else. Love my apt. And the layout of it like living in a house. The grounds and always clean and neat and very well kept!. If you have any problems and call the office they always take care of it for you.

This is a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend it. The property is maintained well. There is an on-site playground as well as a pool. It is quiet. I have had a positive experience.
