DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. GRID7Properties is by far the worst apartment agency ever and I have good rental history. First off it took weeks for them to get someone in maintenance to fix a water problem which never even got fixed so throughout my lease the water from the shower would run cold. The hot water wouldn't even last. It was horrible. Another thing is if youre trying to renew your lease goodluck because they dont renew your lease they pretty much kick you out.

Had a pleasant experience living here for 2 years. Nice area and nice apartments. However, make sure you take pictures and hold on to receipts after moving out. We had professional cleaners clean our apartment before moving out and got hit with fees that made no sense. The “receipts” they had for their cleaners seemed like “receipts” they created on a Microsoft word document. I was able to provide proof that our apartment was professionally cleaned so the issue was eventually resolved. Take pictures of your unit before moving in and after moving out just to be safe. Funny how we returned the unit in better condition than we received it. It honestly seemed very predatory.

I rented with Grid7 for 2 yrs, finally decided to move out and turned the apartment over to them. I had a month to month lease and didnt think it would be a problem. Before move out, I made sure to clean thoroughly and leave the apartment in the best condition than it was given to me. Never hung anything on the walls, or painted. I just received my deposit and from $1125 that i had given them I only received $375 and ridiculous invoices from them claiming they had to hire different services for painting, carpet cleaning and etc!!! I do not recommend giving your money to Grid7properties at all, stay away from them!

Excellent experience with Grid 7 and their staff, was only in a brand new apartment for 10 months, but LOVED how it met every one of my needs. Ability to interact with staff was seamless and the technology they've implemented for repairs/issues/rent payments makes those processes less arduous! The property and the price met my needs perfectly, even when I needed to move out early as I purchased a single family home, they worked with me to end my lease early and have a close friend sign a new lease without any difficulty. Highly recommended!

Absolutely do not rent with Grid 7 Properties.
I rented with them a short while ago and they took hundreds of dollars out of my security deposit declaring “cleaning” when I had left the place spotless. I previously spent hours getting the place in perfect condition but it seems it didn’t matter.
The agent who came by on our leaving inspection day had no qualms about the state of the apartment and said nothing about any deposit money being withheld. All seemed well. Until I received the deductions. Upon emailing them, I was told that cleaning is part of the charge because the unit was not left “in the same condition” that we had entered the lease in. With that definition, simply taking a step into a unit would qualify for deductions. It was immaculate. There was no damage to any part of the unit. Charging for unnecessary cleaning is shameful. Terrible business ethics.
Avoid this company at all costs! Very disappointing for a responsible tenant.

Grid 7 was the first time I have dealt working with a Property Management company for the purposes of renting.

I really liked their website to manage payments for rent and the rental documents. We only had one instance where we needed to submit a work order for the in-unit Dryer. The process was easy and they worked with our schedule to have the problem fixed.

When it came time to move out, the communication was great and the process was easy. They were always very open in answering questions. Especially Carriann, Brian and Joe. Thank you for a worry free two years on a great property!
