Once they hear my Rez accent I always get attitude. Especially the older lady that answer the phone. I'll find out who you are next time. Be nice. It was a simple question of "when will my propane be delivered?". The younger ones are cool though

I am changing suppliers and just had the new tank delivered. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name but he was very friendly and efficient. So far everyone that I have dealt with has been friendly and courteous. Luke was very helpful and accommodated my schedule for the tank swap-out.

I seldom do reviews, but the service provided is so exceptional that I decided that I needed to spread the word. Everyone that I've dealt with has been awesome and I'll mention a few. First of all Luke, at the office, has always been very friendly and helpful when scheduling our service calls. That's not easy since we're way off the grid and difficult to get to. Plus, he always answers the phone with, "Hey Phil, how's it going." That's old fashioned customer service and so hard to find these days. Then there's Josh, our service tech, whose always on time, friendly, not in a rush and does exceptional detail oriented work. Lastly, I have to mention Bill, who has made more than one trip just to make sure that, as a DIY homesteader, I'm doing everything to code. We can't thank you guys enough and with your whole team's exceptional business practices your longterm success is guaranteed!

I am a full time RVer and stopped in for a propane fill in my camper. The receptionist and the owner were both wonderfully kind and helpful. I was quickly on my way with a full tank of propane priced lower than anywhere I have filled in at least the last two years! I wish all businesses had service as great as this one! Thank you! Driver trespassed on private property and refused to leave. Cops were called and public resources were wasted on lecturing this idiot about common sense. If the driver cant understand basic simple logic..he shouldn't be behind the wheel of a rolling time bomb
