I have been using Grooms for a few years now. It’s so convenient to have them on the island and the bonus is how trustworthy they are. It’s priceless to be able to drop your car off and know it’ll be taken care of properly. They have a great system set up to be able to get detailed quotes and invoices sent through text and email. Grooms is awesome! Had a nail in my tire on the way to the island. They encouraged me to bring it in. We waited at the beach and grabbed lunch before picking it up, only a few hours later. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and made sure we were safe for the drive back up to MA!

This review is long overdue!! We have been using Grooms for many years, as most of our neighbors have as well. They are the most knowledgeable, , courteous, prompt , honest,, did I say HONEST! repair shop you could ever find. They have fixed pretty much everything that could possibly go wrong with our cars for over 10 years.
The overall experience from initial phone call to picking up our cars after the repair, being explained and shown ( if possible) demonstrates their honesty and pride in their work of which is reflected in all their 5 STAR ratings!
I believe more people would hold on to their older cars if there were more "Grooms Motors and Automotive" shops in this country. Thanks again Rob and Rob for another perfect repair job.

Smart, attentive and caring whether you call ahead or just walk up. Over the years they've helped me troubleshot a clutch, mounted new tires and have been patiently working to solve a battery drain issue. Always honest and fair pricing too. Having these guys just down the street is one of the best parts of living on the island.

Best experience ever! I'm visiting from Wisconsin and had a check engine light on with some engine sputtering. They invited me to stop by and ran the codes for free. Even though they were booked for the week, they fit me in and fixed my vehicle so I could have a worry free ride back to WI. They had great prices and friendly service too. I highly recommend!

We were vacationing at Holmes Beach on Anna Marie Island and had a flat tire on our rental. I took the tire to Grooms and asked if they would be able to help since we were leaving the next day to return to Pennsylvania. They were more than happy to help and were professional, friendly and took care of us even thought they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend Grooms without hesitation.
