The driver of the recyclables truck blocks my driveway it seems like on purpose because he moves them to do it, coincidentally he was there to do the other side of the street, when the bins were being moved to be able to go in and started yelling nonsense, threatening he isn’t going to pick up my bins anymore and saying I’m blocking the street. I contacted Groot and sent the videos but no word yet on what the guys issue is.

Was absolutely baffled to check my doorbell camera to watch a truck driver throwing 2 trash bags out of his truck into my yard. After reviewing the video; it doesn’t even appear as if these bags were from my bin. The blatant disrespect of property when the homeowner is the one paying your bills is truly unacceptable.

Let me be clear; no matter who you work for, littering is littering. I will be filing a complaint with Groot, Oswego Township, Illinois department of agriculture, Illinois Environmental Protection agency, and the BBB. This incident also warrants a police report for littering. This kind of disrespect should never go unchecked given the fact that it is our tax dollars that keep Groot operating.

I just want to say thank you to the driver of garbage truck #2301for being so responsible of his job, the wind flowed out some garbage on the street and he took the time to get down the truck on the cold morning to pick up the trash with his own hands. That action is really appreciated. Thanks you for keeping Aurora clean.

Just got off the phone with a rep from GROOT and I wanted to mention how pleasant it was. While switching business locations it was a little bit difficult setting up all the necessary parts to make it seamless. It shouldn’t have been difficult but trying to understand what was needed as well as why and how the billing was taking place the way it was, ended up causing more confusion. Today I spoke to Jessica and not only did she break it all down line by line, but she took the time confirm all the information was up to date and correct. She made sure I was on the same page after every topic was covered. I went from being very frustrated to calm cool and collected because Jessica was able to explain it the way it should’ve been from the start.
