Nadine was quick and very helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything so well I don't have any questions after getting off the phone with her. Set up service with her and will be downloading the app as I won't remember all the valuable information she shared but its all on the app! Sounds like a cheesy fake review but I promise it not! It's not like we have a choice on who services our waste management, so one could argue that the company wouldn't have to try hard to excel at customer service.
That was definitely not my experience. A very lovely employee by the name of Jessica was efficient and thorough in completing the task of switching my service from one residence to another. Not only did she do what I needed, but she took the time to review the few slight differences between the services at my old vs my new address, and confirmed how I would get my refund from the overpayment at my previous address.
The whole transaction was easy and delightful. I left the call feeling as though I had everything I needed and then some. Big smiles here.
