I was very satisfied with Anna’s performance on a major project for one of our clients. She brought significant skills to the project and was consistently reliable in meeting goals. She listens very well to capture content and respectfully inquires about what is unspoken. In this manner she adeptly gathered additional information and data. This attribute was very important to the project as it helped us to accumulate and aggregate the information we needed for the detailed reports we prepared for the client. Even though I know the value of coaching in martial arts training, I put off getting business coaching because my business is small and I worried how long it would take to see results.
