One of the most inclusive libraries I have been to! Grant it that I visited just after pride month but still! This is what I love about Guerneville. So much love and acceptance, that bohemian lifestyle. I come up here with my queer family and we fit right in.

Some amazing things to know:

Anyone in the Bay Area can get a library card and check out up to 100 items! That includes DVDs, video games, and of course books! First stop for a family staying more then a couple of days. They also will give you a free pass to enter Armstrong woods, just a couple minutes down the road(Also a must!!)

Staff was friendly and attentive and the place was spotless, clean, and very relaxing.

Our adventure: We road our bikes over to the river in grill for brunch, we stopped at the library (bike rack right in front for easy parking😃), found books, and we biked over to Armstrong woods to enjoy the beautiful shade of the Redwoods! Such a magical time!

I do not appreciate thier political and trans agendas being pushed on our children. I choose to only visit this place out of necessity only. I feel I am pushed out of the community for having my own beliefs and values. And am not supported here. All inclusive to them means their way or the highway.

Clean, however; not deserving a high rating. Disappointed in the day time staff. The employees very inconsiderate. Loud and obnoxious.
Complete waste of time. While I was there I witnessed 3 individuals walk out.
I tried to carry on, but left as well. I feel it's unfair for those of us whom are local seeking the atmosphere of a library for studies. Only to have to travel outside the area to do so.

Came here to do some research and paperwork. There were several desktop stations open. I received a phone call and went outside to talk. I came back a a lady was sitting at my desktop and pushed all my papers out of her way. The employee ended my session so I lost all my work that I saved. There was at least 5 other stations she could have used to play solitaire. I was set up by the staff and this woman to punish me for taking a phone call outside. The staff was all in on it. Stuart the ‘manager’ was escalating the situation by yelling when I asked why they did this. The woman at my station wanted to fight me. What is wrong with humanity. People are intentionally cruel to inflict pain on others. Disgusting!

This Library has a Great Staff, who are super helpful! and always there to work together as a team to compliment a well stocked library, and have a warm environment!

This library openly promotes religious hate groups that mock Christians. There is no inclusiveness towards respecting Christians.
