Guin was excellent! Dewayne Todd was very knowledgeable and fixed our two issues in under an hour. As a single woman, I really appreciated that the company sent a photo of the technician so I would know who was coming to my house. Alex and the whole team at Guin have been awesome! They’ve installed our standby generator and a new heat pump over the last year. Perfect installation on both and great techs. Did our maintenance visit pre-cold weather today and all is ready to go. Highly recommend.

My 93 year old Mother had a busted pvc pipe outside and needed assistance fast. We called Guin as we have before and asked for Kyle , he promptly returned our call and went to her house. I’m extremely pleased with my new AC unit. The men who installed it, Zach and Shane, did a fantastic job. They were professional and knew what they were doing. It’s hard to articulate how much that means to a homeowner in this day and age. They arrived when they said they would began working immediately One man started working in the attic and the other started working on the condenser. I had to leave for a couple of hours and felt like I was leaving friends in charge of my home. When I returned they were almost finished. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have used Guin for many years, always ask for the same technicians, and always get prompt, professional service. This time I had a gas leak and had to have all the gas lines replaced. As usual, the Guin team did great! Thank you Richard and Wes! (There were two more technicians, whose names I can’t recall, but “Thank you”!!!
