I would leave them ZERO stars if I could. They are a total rip-off. As President of the HOA I was so disappointed with their lack of service. They neglected our numerous lakes and Management kept blaming their employees. Buyer beware, they promise the world and deliver nothing. Hired new company and our lakes look awesome again.

Our HOA (Terracina) use this company's services for over a year, and results were terrible. Our ponds became overrun with algae, the treatments were terrible, and our lake was literally dying, and they had no answer for it. In addition, they failed miserably in handling our wetland mitigation issues with Hillsborough county, with our Association narrowly avoiding a very costly fine. I can't stress enough to avoid using this company at all costs. Their reporting is terrible, their billing is sporadic and goes through some Aqua pool services.... If I could give them 0 stars, I would, as they were that bad. Thank God we switched over to a professional company and were able to save our pond and worked out a deal with the county on our Wetland mitigation plan...
