We have lived in Sarasota for 53 years and 30 in Gulf Gate. We chose this subdivision because of the sidewalks, curbed streets, and that is is deed restricted (not too restricted - just enough to keep the community of over 1500 homes looking nice). Gulf Gate is close to many shops, has the best library, and all-in-all, friendly neighbors. We love Gulf Gate!

Terrible I was track light off quoted one price When the guy got here it was another told me he makes the prices he's a technician Saturday Today was the day that the difference in price started so I felt I was getting hustled I just sent them home I wouldn't use his company good
