People who shop at thrift stores either genuinely can’t afford to pay top dollar, or they want to find a bargain price on something. This thrift store doesn’t provide that experience for anyone. There are too many other excellent thrift shops with better prices. Skipping this one from now on.

Been shopping at this store since last year. I enjoy shopping here for Christmas items. I got some really nice decorations. The employees are always nice.

My wife and I donate to this charity often. We’re at the store and the manager outside said it’s Phil. The bag is five dollars used to be three she said any single items or 1.25. I went inside to pay the girl inside here’s 1.25. he told me no that’s five dollars. I said the manager outside just told me it was $1.25, she said no it’s five dollars. I told her to keep it. This place is getting more pricey and the people inside are rude. I will never donate there again or shop there. I advise you do the same and if you look at all my reviews I rarely give a bad one unless the place is really not good.

Showed up about 1 minute before closing. Needed a wheelchair and the staff ran in and grabbed the one they had available. Extremely nice and accommodating. Wish I had gotten their names, but, like I said, they were closing so it was very quick transaction. Thank you to the two employees working 6/8/24. I'll definitely be back when I have more time and my leg is working better! 😉

Very friendly and helpful staff. I dropped a friend off to do some business in the plaza, so I decided to spend my waiting time just wandering around the hospice store. It was packed! I didn't know that there were tour buses that went to various thrift stores! Anyway, I found a holiday decoration that I wanted to purchase. (Great place to shop for vintage holiday decor) However, the checkout line was super long and even with 2 registers open I would've been there for way too long. (I had my own appointment to attend) One of the staff ladies put my item on hold for me until I could return (after my appointment) to make the purchase. Upon my return, after making the purchase, the item was wrapped securely and put in a box to prevent it getting broken. As I said, very friendly and helpful!!! 🤗😊

I am a long time customer of this thrift store but recently have been so disappointed to see how high their prices have gone up. Mostly all clothes are $7 and I tried to purchase a bag of ribbon and they wanted $8. I can go to Walmart and get a brand new shirt for $4. These items are donated and they have jumped on the bandwagon of greed. I've noticed that more people are shopping outside of the store cause they can't afford inside. With food prices as high as they are maybe you should come back to earth with your prices and then I will return. So sad!!!!

Called and spoke with an employee, to confirm that they are accepting donations. The employee confirmed that they are accepting donations, as long as its only a few bags/items. I told her it was about 3 or 4 bags and 2 big nice toys, she said that would be fine. I drove the 15 minutes there, right away. When i got there, i rang the bell and a lady came out and said they weren't accepting donations. I explained that i had spoken with an employee, not even 20 minutes ago and was told to come by. She got defensive and said the employee was wrong and there was nothing she could do. I explained how unfair that was, being i was just told by an employee to come donate. Wasted gas and time. Very unprofessional.
