Overall I enjoyed my visit here, was pleasantly surprised at the selection of furniture and tools they have here. However, I was disappointed at their pricing, considering most of the stuff is used and donated. Even Goodwill beats Restore's pricing. Would I return? Yes I would, just don't expect the best deals when coming here.

Went looking for kitchen equipment, refrigerator, over, microwave and dishwasher. They're used prices were no different than Lowes, or Home Depot, where the equipment is new and have warranties. Got some paint brushes, and found a free table and chair for my neighbor. Pink tags were 75% off, I did not see one pink tag. There was a blue tag (50% off) microwave over in there that's probably growing Botulism bacteria, from all the food burnt onto the interior walls; just gross. Someone should be fired for putting that item on the floor in that condition. I will not be returning to this location.

Habitat is on our weekly treasure hunt. Two months ago we bought a thousand dollar Bosch 40 SONE dishwasher for $40.00. Works perfectly, yet sometimes I do miss the swish swish sound of the waves at bedtime. My old dishwasher so reminded me of the islands. Slept like a baby. Now I hear every creaky groan of the house when the Santa Anna winds come a howling.

Saturday we found an 1893 Henry F Miller piano for sale at $4,000.00! Four years ago, that piano sold at a local Scottsdale antique store for over $22,000.00. The movers marred up the right rear corner. Something any good cabinet maker can repair for a few Benjamins. I'm sure the first Grand will take it home. This is an heirloom piece. One of a kind addition to any livingroom.

You never know what you're going to find. You always know it when you see it. Happy hunting!

Very fun store. Well stocked and placed. Such a great variety of furniture and appliances. I found amazing deals on a coffee table and matching large end table . Only $40 for the two!
Then peeked over a couch to see a huge all leather club chair! Amazing quality and look good in my house . The chair was also only $40. Went back a few weeks later to snag a double stroller for $100! They had nice rugs and gorgeous vanity light fixtures that are now living with me too!

Very reasonable. The cashier was very nice and gave me a tire pressure gauge because I wasn't sure of the price so he threw it in with my purchase. Sometimes they have an item in abundance,i.e..flooring. other visits it might be swamp coolers.

This home improvement thrift store has completely changed their price$ also the items for sale are a little different. I haven't been to H4H for a about a year I would say but let me say thank you for the low prices! I used to think it was too expensive for used/new items. You can definitely donate home goods along with home improvement items at this location because I found shows for $2! You can purchase a cold bottle of water for 50 cents! I noticed the (like new) furniture is so cheap too! And the workers were knowledgeable about items for sale and very friendly and talkative! I would rate H4H 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone!
