Haley has been my dietitian for over a year now. She has helped me work through my internalized food guilt, feeling comfortable in my body, and building up long term healthy habits.

In the beginning I immediately recognized that she's candid, kind, nonjudgmental, and straightforward.

I had a lot to learn about nutrition and my self image. Midway through I hit an inflection point - seeing her consistently and being mindful was important for me to finally break through. Even though it wasn't my goal, I lost weight but most importantly I felt comfortable in my own body.
