The city of Hallandale was not able to read my water meter for two months as they claimed there were rodents near the meter. So they hit us with a water “estimated” bill of $954!!!!!! I am disputing this bill because the water meter when it eventually got read was way lower. Now they are hitting us with delinquent bills. I have tried to email several times to dispute it and have gotten no where. They turned off our water last night!!!! Not at all reasonable as I paid last months bill. We are not being treatable fairly.
The City of Hallandale water utilities is awful! They will not resolve your bill fairly abs equitably. They have not returned my emails or phone calls. I have an elderly mother at home with diabetes and Parkinson’s. They cannot do this!

I am a homeowner in Hallandale Bch Fl since 1993 my home has flooded out several times during these hurricanes Katrina, Irma etc. My insurance company has paid several thousands dollars in claims. Also, I have flooded out my 1993 Towncar $33K . No, Compensation for our Losses or
inconvenience too me and my family. Now, the City has installed a new sewer pump system our water bill has tripled from $160. - 595. Per month. We are Seniors on a fixed income.can't afford these bills. HELP! !
