Coldest day of the year and our furnace stops running! Since we had used Hank’s before with great success, of course, we called them. Scott and Sage came as promised, completed the diagnosis, and had the new motor installed within an hour.
Not only were they pleasant and professional but they showed special attention & genuine affection for our sweet dog, Amber. ♥️ We appreciate Hank and his son(s) and his grandson(s) for being the best at taking care of our HVAC and will never hesitate to call them with future issues.
We highly recommend Hank’s AC if you want prompt, courteous, and in-stock parts service at a fair and reasonable price.
