I decided to give the harmonic egg a try after doing some research on sound therapy and its benefits. My experience was a great one, I chatted with the owner for a few minutes so she could customize my experience. We then went off to the egg and after getting comfortable in the chair the experience began. All I did was relax and listen to the sound, after about 20 minutes I felt my heart rate go down and felt every beat of my heart. A feeling of calm came over me that I had only experienced in sensory deprivation tanks. towards the end there is a few minutes of silence. I came out of the egg with a nice calm feeling, my voice even changed I was so calm. The rest of the day I had a nice chill feeling and drank lots of water like I was instructed to do. I took a nice nap around 4pm that day and slept very well that night and woke up well rested. My experience was a great one and I told people about it. If you are looking for a nice clean way to bring some calm to your life you should try the Harmonic Egg.

My first visit to the center was for a gong sound bath meditation with Harmony where I was introduced to the technology of the Egg. I was immediately intrigued and I’m so glad I listened to my intuition and started working with Harmony. I love my time in the Harmonic Egg and I really love my time with Harmony! I have been going to the egg for holistic healing and spiritual wellness for a year now and will continue as one of my important pieces to my self-care routine. Meeting with Harmony before entering the egg helps me come into my mind/body connection and gather my intentions on what I will be meditating on while in the egg. My first session was so relaxing and worked like a charm to relieve my anxiety symptoms. Charity was so kind and took the time to curate a perfect session for my specific needs.

For my Egg experience I had a private room that had the space for my belongings to be stored. I made sure to leave my phone on silent as well. Inside the Egg I received a blanket and two cushions that I actually propped between the chair and my spine to create an open posture that helped me relax even more.
After my 50 minute session Charity opened the Egg for me and was waiting with a nice electrolyte drink.
It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be back in 2 weeks for my next session 🙂

The Harmonic Egg is a wellness service that includes a custom, 50 min sound and light bath. The service happens while you're seated in a comfortable lounge chair - inside a spacious, acoustically-optimized 3-D "pod" and the end goal is to promote deep rest.

The soundtrack played during your session could include nature sounds, musical instrumental or vocal mantras. The light setting for your session will be 1-2 differnet colors of the rainbow. Before you begin your session - you'll speak with a practitioner and determine the intention for your session.

Examples of intentions may include: Reducing stress & anxiety, relieving physical pain, releasing a frustrating experience, solving for a problem, achieving a goal, increasing mental clarity, etc.

I've personally been a regular customer of The Harmonic Egg in Naperville for more than a year. Many years ago while practicing and studying the benefits of yoga, meditation and various modalities of ‘energy healing’- I learned that "when the brain and body are in a state of rest - that's when healing occurs." With that deeper understanding of the power & benefits of rest - I enjoy being a regular customer.

I’ve experienced tangible results from my sessions at The Harmonic Egg - including the feeling of physical rejuvenation, deep mental & emotional clarity and more gratitude for more things all around.
