The workers at this office are thieves and manipulators. They charged me more than $600 dollars just to connect a new service. When you call this place, the old women there treat you very badly. They are city workers. I don't know what the hell they think they are, they think they are superior to everyone. $600 fokares is not much but you don't know it's fair that they go around stealing from the clients, if something happens to me I hold them responsible because they will retaliate against me, once again I am going to file a complaint against this place and they will open an investigation into this office, what is happening here is fraud and nobody does anything. They think they have the power just because they supply the electricity, I want all this to be known and be very careful with these people, they are manipulators and they change information in their system and add you to other accounts so that you pay, all the local bikers should investigate the fraud that this office is doing, not just me, but many people. Another thing is that they should train the old women who work there, they treat people very badly, people do not ask for anything for free from that place, I don't know why they treat people badly, they are a bunch of ridiculous. I recorded the whole conversation when I called on the phone and when I went to the office I have proof of what I talked about. and thanks all because people talk so much about this place and I needed proof

Sprayed red spray paint all the way across the front of my house down the rock garden in my bushes acted like that’s 100% normal no common sense used. They should read the work order they had no business putting red spray paint all over the front of my house street. Tacky workmenship, Lazy, flags would have worked just fine.

I asked them to come and look at a dead tree on the Norfolk Southern property near the rail road that could knock down pier lines at anytime. Instead they came without notice and chopped down a perfectly good walnut tree.

Wish I could say better things about the customer service employees, I've been with the company for over a decade and they seem to always trade out rude employees for worse ones. A little kindness goes a long way folks. If I can't even pay my bill without an employee having an attitude for no reason, you need new (better) ones.

The company as a whole has never done me wrong, I pay on time in turn without issue so far they provide good service. I have witnessed on a few occasions were it seemed that some of the HEC employees needed brush up on positive customer service strategies.

Tony, who is one of their (I believe) engineers, is amazingly kind. Loved the guy when he came out as he was not only kind but helpful and accommodating as well. Also, have never had an issue with them although I am not a renter and that appears to be a significant factor in whether you are satisfied or not with this company.

This MONOPOLY will STEAL your $150 Deposit if your service has a Late Fee within 12 months of setting up your service!!!! They say “if you have a Late Fee within the first 12 Months the Account Resets and you no longer have a Deposit”. So if Your Account is Late 2 Days (in first year) YOU LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!! WHAT!?!? Just Call It What It Is- A $150 LATE FEE!!!!!! Or Just Plain THIEVERY!!!!!!

If this were honestly a deposit it would be applied to the customers balance not reset the account!!!! This is Larceny

I’ve had an account with this company/MONOPOLY for 7.5 years and my bill has never been over $100, and now that I’ve had a few late payments and they’ve stolen $300 in deposits and now another $150 Deposit is needed to turn my power back on, even though I have a bill stating my payment isn’t due until 7 days from now!!!!!!

NEVER PAY EXTRA ON YOUR HEC ACCOUNT!! If you pay more than your monthly balance They will send you 2 Bills a month- one with a past due balance for the current month (that you partially paid early) and one with the following month. I was out of town and missed a HEC letter in the mail but had a new bill that wasn’t due for another week so I thought I had another week to pay my bill. NOPE. They cut my power, took my $300 in deposits ( the account balance for 2 months is $169 ), and required a new deposit! Again if this were really a deposit it would be applied to the balance!

HEC you are THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

Crazy, they don't give or discount the bill payment from deposit if you are late one month on a year that's ridiculous. So now they have my money one more year just because didn't pay one single payment on time on a year.
Would be a good idea to report it to the city or maybe TV station.
