Don't waste your time with this company.
My wife attempted to prepay for a removal of our old couch. They were supposed to pick it up on Monday (11/28/2022) and they said there was some problems with the pick up guys and the office on coordination. That was fine, I can understand and it wasn't a big deal to push the pickup off to a later time.

It is now Thursday (12/1/2022) and no one has contacted me from the office. I've left 4 voice mails. I've been texted from a number so I texted back with no response as well.

My couch is still on my driveway waiting for them to pick it up. I don't even know if they cancelled on me, or if they plan on picking it up eventually. Zero communication so far.

EDIT: No communication. I guess they won't want any business. Blocked my numbers for some reason. Literally trying to give them money and they don't want it.

EDIT2: In response to the owner: Calling once a day to get an answer is calling too many times? I only called 4 times on Thursday, and I had already been blocked by then. Hence why I left 4 voicemails. As written in my original review. And no one ever told me no one was available. I was told they'd pick up on Tuesday. Then that didn't happen. Did you even read what I wrote or just have a generic excuse? Thank you so much for confirming that you did actually block a customer's phone number. No idea how you write out that response and think you were in the right at all.

I needed a sofa removed from my house. They were able to come and take it within an hour of my phone call. Very friendly, quick, and efficient for a very good price. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

I called Have Pick Up Will Travel to haul away an old dryer. I needed it done pretty quickly and they came through for me! Very inexpensive, totally accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend!

I called and scheduled a pick up for a picnic table the next day. A half hour after the time of pickup, I spoke to a man and he assured me a truck was coming. Two and a half hours later, no call no show, hence the one star.
