Lauren at Hector’s hay and feed grooms my very large Goldendoodle and always does an awesome job. He is always happy to go in because they treat him so well. I showed Lauren a picture of what we wanted (doggie mullet!) and it came out great! Highly recommend!

I have taken my Shih Tzu to Lauren for almost 2 years, she is very gentle and caring with her and Lola loves her. All the groomers seem to enjoy their jobs and are gentle with the animals. I would highly recommend them.

Brought our two dogs here for grooming. We stopped by early just to see if they were done. They weren't. Didn't want to drive back home just to turn around to get them. So we went out for a bit. Groomer called to apologize and tell us she hadn't much sleep due to a family emergency. We were willing to pick them up and reschedule but she said no. Amazing that she took time to call and still get the job done. We will be bringing our dogs here from now on. My dogs are happy here and I don't have to feel like they are hurting them. I give them infinite stars. Highly recommend their groomers at very least. And my dogs look the best they have EVER looked from pet smart or Petco.

I can echo other reviewers about Lauren; she is THE BEST! We are new to the area and had an "appointment" with another groomer in the Show Low area that was canceled at the last minute (more specifically, when we ARRIVED -15 minutes early - we were told that she left a half hour earlier "because she wasn't busy"). We went home, looked for another groomer and came across Hectors in Snowflake. Even though it was 20 minutes further away, we decided to call anyways. To our surprise, they had a cancellation and we were able to get our three dogs in the next day for grooming. Lauren was so awesome with the dogs that we ALWAYS take the extra time to bring them back for nail trimmings once a month. Thank you, Lauren (and Hector's) for excelling in what you do. You have a customer for life!
