Austin Keen gave us an estimate today. He is the most polite guy we have met in a long time. He took time to explain all the different options and was able to provide us with a better deal than quoted. I would give him 5 gold stars.

Greg Birckbichler came out and did an estimate for a concrete leveling job today. He was on time and very polite. He took the time to explain what would be done, the likely cause behind our issue, and how their process would fix it. I had my foundation repaired and at that time they installed a sump pump. It worked great until the last storm in St Louis. A power surge damage the control box. Clay Walker did the replacement of the control head in no time. Thank you Helitech for great service.

In the course of renovations to our basement, we discovered we had a number of cracks in our foundation. HELITECH responded quickly and was able to be on site within just a few days. Kurtis was our technician and he did a fantastic job, explaining the process and completing the job within a couple days. Terrific work and our basement is now sealed up and protecting the new drywall and flooring!

My basement and yard were flooded with water. This is my second time dealing with this Company. They came out very quickly, Jess J, Foreman and the other gentleman he worked with did a phenomenal job very professional. It was a long project that they made seem very easy.
