If your yard is flooding and holding pools of water after rain, hire these folks. They quickly gave a free estimate, completed the job in a timely manner, and gave great communication along the way. Feels good to find a local contractor with integrity. Look at my before and after photos... french drain is working like a charm!

This afternoon, Joe and his excellent crew finished a beautiful horizontal fence with a custom gate and arbor for us. Oh my goodness...we love it! He took my ideas from a few random Internet photos and brought them to life -- with custom details that really took it over the top! Also, as part 2 in an ongoing backyard drainage project, his welder created an amazing custom grate for us that is integrated directly into the fence. (It's really nice...I no longer feel a need to hide that part of our backyard because this grate is practically artwork!) All in all, I'm really happy with the work that this company has done for us. Joe is a creative, thoughtful, problem-solver -- and his crew is just on top of everything! We wish we could give Hendrix Irrigation and Fence more than 5 stars. Thanks so much, guys!

Joseph Hendrix and his crew worked quickly and effectively. They tore down the old fence and had the new posts installed within the first day. The fence was installed in just over a week, but they would have been done earlier if not for two days of storms. We went with a 6' ft horizontal cedar picket fence. The larger gate was custom built and installed in a taller section that gave us greater privacy from the road. They used larger posts for a stronger more secure fence long term. Our yard is on a downward sloping hill and the way they were able to stair step down the sections and finish them with trim made the fence one of a kind. Our dogs love their custom windows in the fence too. Joseph and his crew make sure things are done right and check-in if they need your input or have a question. My wife and I are very impressed and thankful for a job well done.

Hendrix Irrigation and Fencing did an incredible job fencing our one acre yard. Their pricing was very reasonable and the materials they used were better than the more expensive quotes I got from other businesses (a couple of examples: 5" posts instead of 4" posts, all metal gates instead of wood, higher quality lumber).

We had over 750' of private fencing to be done and they accomplished it all within 5 days. I spoke to virtually every member of their team throughout the 5 days and everyone was very kind and professional.

To my astonishment, the owner, Joey Hendrix, came out on Christmas Day (Day 5) to install the finishing touches himself and make sure I was pleased with their work.

Look, I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but when you have this type of experience with a local company, the least I can do is help spread the word. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

I truly wish I could give a positive review. Our builder used this company for installation of our sod and irrigation system. The yard and drainage is nothing short of a catastrophe. I have begged for the drains to be properly installed since January 18th. It’s July 1st and I’m still waiting. I requested reinstallation of topsoil under the (then) new sod. The drains were installed high in the yard rather than to the curb as requested (I’m not entirely sure why) - resulting in water removing most of the topsoil underneath the new sod. My hope was that it could be fixed while the sod was still movable. Now the sod has somewhat adhered to the ground, but unfortunately it is only rock underneath - so it’s longevity is in question. Portions of the “sod” installed were just 3 and 4 inch remnants which were patched into a ground covering to pass the new build inspection. These areas never survived and now are just a hard patch of rock. I already know I am going to have to replace this “brand new” yard. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up, out-of-sight-out-of-mind response, and a lot of promises. I’ve included a couple of photos of my experience. The drain was supposed to have a pop-up emitter and run to the property line (these drain the downspouts). This particular one was placed literally in the middle of the back yard and the crew thought a cut piece of duct tape would be just fine. TO THEIR CREDIT, the emitter top was installed on May 12th. In fact, out of four drains, only one was run to the edge of the property. The other is an example of what I get to mow. Installation on a hill with no stakes which results in topsoil runoff, means now I get to mow a yard that feels like mowing speed bumps. Last communication received was May 17th.
