I was visiting my friend in Tampa, and she owns her boat that is stored here and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon boating here. The dolphins joined us and we almost swam with them which was such an unexpected treat!

although this is a really nice spot and the tropical grille is absolutely fantastic, I can only give one star due to the owners/mgr discriminatory attitude towards sailboats stating he has too many derelict sailboats already, tried to explain mine is far from as I just sailed and motored to CLWTR from Marathon Key anchoring for the storm which did nothing to my vessel [Thank God] but I was cut off as he wanted to hear nothing and said I might be the perfect option to rent to but wont take my sailboat.
really is too bad as I researched and seen they were capable of doing some work for me like a bottom paint job and other improvements, wont be getting any more business from me.

Great place with great people don't think I've ever met more pleasant Motel owners the rooms are absolutely spotless and adorable and they have top-notch boats for rent so if you're in the area stop by and stay night and rent a boat make sure to tell him Frank sent you

Love the food and atmosphere at the Tropical Tiki Grill located at the marina. Relaxing just to sit looking out at the water having a great meal and cold beverage!
The annual cardboard boat race is a good time. All the boats are made out of cardboard by groups and individuals. Then the design of the boat is put to the test when they are put in the water and have to race against others to the finish! Lots of vendors set up stands with food, arts and crafts, products, and services.

Tropical Grill- Great outdoor space, loved being on the canal, and enjoyed the boats coming and going! Courteous staff and my burger was cooked perfectly.

It was really fun. We took a boat ride down to the bay. It rained and they didn't wait...took us all in the pouring rain. But it cleared up finally, what do you expect in Florida. Lol
