Joseph Patton for the win! Joseph is and will only be the one I work with for solar. He has done two homes for me and we are working on a third. I was worried about going solar because several companies scheduled appointments and never showed up. Joseph was honest and upfront about everything. He was not pushy it was all on my terms. Would recommend him as your solar agent any day! He stands firm on his word and goes above and beyond for his clients.

Had solar system installed and the salesmans "Johnny" made statements that are now I guess untrue. We were told that the panels would be cleaned and serviced every three months. Including spraying a deterrent for pigeons. After over 9 moths of having the panels I was able to get ahold of someone at the company. I was told that they do not offer cleaning services and that "Johnny" has not worked for the company for two years. Just a huge mess of an experience. Just want to let people know to watch out for what they are offering. Lastly on my call inwas told that they would get back to me about the pigeon problem...it's been over 3 weeks. Never was holding my breath.

Update- Feb 2024 so for the rebate they say you’ll get 20k back which is untrue. You will receive about 4k on that first credit of taxes. The remaining 15,000 you will not see. This will be applied towards you taxable income to bring it down over a period of 4 years. So 3k maybe as a credit. Be mindful. The panels are very expensive the technology is always changing, and the companies know all the loopholes

Worked with Bryan Teague, initially it was a little bumpy after some missed connections, I left review that was poor, after not being able to reach the company Bryan reached out and made this right and then some! With this being said depending on your county and the permitting office . It may not fall without that 30-60 day charge period meaning your panels won’t be on until county approves. If this overlaps your 30-60 they will definitely have you pay the energy bill and solar panel bills. My wife and I elected to do 100% Solar and I would do it again. Thanks for your time Bryan ! I have updated this to reflect that good customer service is everything.

Johnny Richardson knocked, wanting to know if I was interested in solar energy for my home. We scheduled an appointment, and Johnny was here at the appointed hour. We had a pleasant conversation in and around solar energy, something I have wanted since purchasing my home. Johnny was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, fully answering questions asked, regardless of how ridiculous that question seemed. As the appointment progressed, I was reassured but still wanted to consider the project. Days later, when I assured him that I was "on board" and we signed me up, Johnny continued to be available to me, competently answering every question I had. When it was realized that our original paperwork was in error (re name of my current electricity provider) Johnny, having other calls in the area, stopped by with Dean Iabs to correct the error. Dean too was amiable and knowledgeable, and the contract was revised and submitted. Thus far, doing business with this company has been a pleasure at every turn. The sales rep and the support staff have been totally efficient. I look forward to the install of my solar panels and being off the grid, electrically speaking!
