Spoke with higher power today about a problem with my solar system installed by a company that has since gone out of business. Shane was very helpful and although they only do repairs on systems they installed he directed me to another company that I expect to visit with within the next two days. This company does not stand by their product. It was installed in June of 2022. If I could give zero stars I would. WE have lost so much money because we are not producing the electricity.Twice for over a month and MANY times for a week or more it has been inoperative. We have to be vigilant about checking our email because they email to tell you it's not working. It takes forever to get them to understand that it is imperative that it be working. You can't actually speak to the person at Direct Solar, you have to go through a third party. The techs come out and "fix" it and it goes out again within 2 weeks. Why are they not taking this seriously? It's Unacceptable!

I had a leak in my roof which was covered with solar panels and the company who installed them had gone out of business. I called Higher Power Solar and spoke to the owner Cheyne. He was awesome and he had someone at my home within 48 hours. The two man crew he sent out were very professional and even identified the source of the leak. They removed the panels so the roofer could come in and complete the repairs. Once the roof leak was fixed, I contacted Cheyne and he had the crew back out to reinstall the panels and power up the system. The guys were on time, did great work and cleaned up everything before they left. If I ever need service from a solar company I wouldn’t hesitate to use Higher Power Solar. They provided great service and they are even better people. I Highly recommend the company for all of your solar needs, Very Honest!!

If you’re thinking of going solar this is the company to do it for you. Prompt communication. They will go above and beyond for you. After the hurricane they helped me get my roof tarped and took the panels off when we put on our new roof. We have 32 panels and didn’t lose one during Ian. Very happy with their service.
