DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THEM. We needed a roof and decided to go solar at the same time. Higher Power pulled us in with their talk of integrity, trust and communication. The people were so kind and easy to work with. We were willing to pay their higher premium to support a good local company. Unfortunately our experience was the complete opposite of what we signed up for. We had to constantly ask what was going on as we waited for progress. Steps would get partially done and then weeks would pass before we had to call and bring it to their attention. We signed our contract before hurricane Ian so we were giving them the benefit of the doubt but we started realizing that something was off when people were getting their roof replaced for months before anything was started at our place. Our roof wasn't installed until after Christmas, 3 months after signing the contract! The delays and trouble continued through to the end of the project which was done by the middle of March! Yes, that's right, it took over 5 months. Even though we brought this up to Higher Power and their installing company Sunergy, nothing was done except a check to cover our first months payment. I wish I could have gotten the experience these other reviewers talked about. Assuming they are legitimate reviews.

We purchased our solar panel system from Higher Power Solar, and we're very happy with how things turned out. From the first visit to the installation of the system, the whole process took about two and a half months. I worked with their best salesperson, and we had a great time with the whole thing. They did everything they could to make sure everything was right and I was happy. I can't say thanks enough to them.

It was easy to work with Higher Power Solar | Rotonda West. I had solar installed at two locations at once, and they made coordinating both installs easy. It didn't hurt, took less time than I thought, and turned out beautifully. They'll send an inspector and email you the big plan, which you can look over and either approve or ask questions about. Once that's done, they'll do the installation. It was as clear as day, as quick as the wind, and as simple as wow.
