FYI, this is a long review but it's worth it to brag about our experience.
Our septic was leaking and I need an urgent service. I called this agency and Amy answered right away. She was willing to let her husband to check our issue right away but because I got hold the previous agency that was recommended before so I changed my mind to go with the other one. For some reason the previous agency did not get back with us for more than 2 days. I decided to call Amy again. Amy is very nice and willing to let her husband come over to check even it's already night time. I called Buddy her husband just wait and come the next day instead. Bryan, the staff came the next and check the issue, talk to my husband and informed him that the pump needs to be change. The next day, Bryan came back and willing to change the pump but it's already night time and it's dark.so they decided to come back the next day. Today, Bryan and the crew came and change the pump. As being said this septic tank company is amazing. They demonstrate professionalism, great work etiquette, great communication and very efficient. We really have a wonderful experience and I am so proud to recommend them to anybody. Great work Amy, Buddy, Bryan and the crew member. Keep up the good work.

Hill Country Environmental Services cleaned my grinder pump tank. Buddy answered my call after normal working hours, Amy kept me informed of the schedule, and Brian showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. Highly recommended.

I needed a repair done to our cement septic tank and called Hill Country Environmental Services. I made an appointment for service the next day and Brian and Erich showed up on time, assessed the needed repairs and advised me on what they were going to do. The tank needed patching with hydraulic cement so they pumped out part of the liquid side to get to the crumbling inside wall of the tank and then dug out the soil on the outside of the tank so they could ensure that the tank wall was not compromised and to check the outflow pipe for leaks. They then patched the deteriorating tank wall and resealed the outflow pipe connection to the tank to repair a small leak there. They showed me the repairs, refilled the hole and cleaned up the site. The guys were friendly and professional and did a nice job. Amy, a co-owner of the company was great to deal with when setting up the appointment and Buddy, her husband and other co-owner, called me after the repairs were done to make sure I was happy with the work. It was a great experience, start to finish, and I would highly recommend them.
