What a great hotel!!! We were playing at the nearby rink and this was the perfect place to stay. We could actually walk to the rink, as well as numerous restaurants. It seems very new and everything is immaculate. The front desk guys, Tyler and David, were very nice and quick to respond via the chat feature in the app. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, lighting was good, lots of outlets and ports, ample storage, and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve encountered. If we have a need to stay in this area again, I’ll definitely book a room here.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is very clean and new. It smells good as soon as you walk in, staff is friendly. I will say the drinks at the bar are insanely overpriced. It would be cheaper to uber to a local bar and back. My bf and I hadn’t stayed at a hotel in a long time but apparently every hotel has cheapen out on the sheets and beds. The king bed had an indent in it and the sheets were super thin and scratchy. Other than that everything was fine

I am not sure of the name, but there was a man there on Friday evening 4/4/25 who was absolutely amazing. He checked me in and helped with our bags and carseat. We had a horrible experience at a restaurant (Old dominion tavern) and were sooo tired and defeated. It was an unecessarily long evening so it was just nice to have someone who can read people and knew that the mamas were exhausted and flustered.
The Hotel also had a great breakfast sandwhich and pancakes. I do believe that for sundays if you can make a reservation for the restaurant, you should because it gets packed and I think on weekends it reservations only (not 100% sure). Room was cozy, my name was on the screen when we got in which was a really nice touch. Not a single issue, would come back for an event or if theres a pool/lake nearby.

I love this Hilton garden Inn. Staff is always very nice and welcoming. Rooms are extremely clean and seem brand new. Stand up shower is great, the bed is very comfortable, and I always feel clean in the rooms. My only complaint is their streaming live TV does not always work as expected. I have had a stay where my tv was freezing every ten seconds on almost all channels. They offered to move me rooms but I did not feel like packing my stuff up to move. I tried resetting and made sure all cords were secured. Other rooms have had similar issues but not nearly as bad.

Our team stays in hundreds of hotel rooms throughout the nation and we all agreed during a recent meeting here, this is one of the nicest in the nation. Hayley helped set up our needs for the meeting and the entire hotel was wonderfully maintained and cleaned. They even used hot water to remove ice and snow in the portico after the storm. We'd definitely come back.

Excellent hotel with great amenities, business and events spaces. Proximity to good restaurants and stores in the heart of Haymarket — walking distance to some of our favorites that we’ve tried with excellent specialties and service such as Pho Thai66, Busaya Thai, East Ocean and Himalayan cuisine, Crumbl Cookies. They also have Five Guys and other Fast Food chains. Exceptional dining options – in-room service with diverse cuisine.

A well kept property with amazing staff. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. If you are one of those people who swear by the Hilton Honors points then you wouldn’t go wrong with this!

We will certainly bookmark this hotel to stay in should we be in the area again! The room is immaculate and comfortable and the service is exemplary, but it is the amenities that make this a real gem. The wine bar is cozy with a respectable wine selection by bottle and a full bar. The food menu is limited but the choices are mouthwatering. We decided on P.E.I. mussels that turned out to be better than ones we'd had on Prince Edward Island. There is also an extensive snack area with higher end choices. All this for a reasonable price and Hilton points on top. We are so glad we decided to come off a rainy/snowy road and encamp here for the night!
