We chose Hinkle Roofing on the excellent recommendation from neighbors in our area who said Hinkle had a reputation for great work. The project was to replace our aged cedar shake shingles with composition shingles. When Hinkle called to say they could take care of the work in February, we didn’t believe it could happen, as the cabin still had snow and the driveway was inaccessible. To our surprise, the crew finished the job in just 2 days, did an outstanding job, and left no mess! The new roof looks awesome and we’re very pleased. Everyone on Hinkle’s staff that we had contact with were pleasant, helpful and professional. We’ll recommend Hinkle to others who may need similar work!

Hinkle Roofing and Construction replaced our roof earlier this month. From the first phone call to Tammy in the office to meeting with Todd for the bid, to job completion, they were professional and responsive. The new roof looks beautiful and the clean up around the house when the job was done is amazing. I very much recommend this company.

Disappointed in communication and lack of action.
Spoke w TJ May 2023 and she said that since we were flexible, she would send her boss out to bid on the project in the next couple weeks.
Was very clear that we wanted composite, and a second layer - no need to do more work than necessary. We discussed options and warranty.
We agreed that he could stop by as long as he called and left a voicemail first.
July 2023, I called (60days later) and TJ said, oh we never called you and told you that we won't actually bid or do a second layer.
We lost out on opportunity to shop around and scheduling is already months out for other companies. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with trying to offer business to a local company first.

Absolutely fabulous. We had our manufactured home reroofed after 25 years. Crew was extremely efficient and friendly. I felt that dealing with a company with 60 years experience was prudent. Neat and clean you can’t go wrong

I love Hinkle Roofing... They initially did the roof on my house. I have a very old little house. I wanted the garage & breezeway re-roofed, too... The garage was just too damaged for a new roof. Todd was completely honest with me & told me that he would see what he could do...He did go to the county & showed them photos of the garage & all the damage to get their opinion as well...
Long story short... Hinkle has rebuilt my garage & breezeway & put a new roof on the new structure as well. I have spent more than I wanted, but honestly I know they do awesome work & unlike other jobs that have been completed be others, this job will not have to be "fixed & paid for twice... I appreciate ALL the staff at Hinkle... Tammy in the office is fabulous... Todd is awesome & I would recommend them to anyone who wants honest, quality work done... One more thing...the respect they all have for one another is amazing!

I requested a roof inspection, with photos, after 4:30. I was told the job would be done tomorrow and it was. They provided everything I asked for and were prompt in their service.
I have had difficulty finding this level of professionalism. If they are this good at an inspection probably safe to say they are professional through and through.
