Hinsdale Dry Cleaners works miracles! I had a stain emergency on a brand new WHITE wool coat on my way to work. Though I had never been to this shop, I trusted the 5 star reviews and gave it a shot. Picked up my coat a week later - good as new! Very pleased with this dry cleaning service!

After a couple of years of good service experience, today, my nice light color jacket was totally destroyed by them. I am told by the couple who manage the establishment that the fabric is old and hence it got torn, but it's nonsense. When i gave my clothes for dry cleaning, it was in good condition. When I received it back, it's in tatters. (Did they dry clean it or soaked it in water or acid?) What happened in between is anyone's guess.

I come from a family of professional clothiers for 3 generations, and I have jackets that have lasted me since 1997, which are still doing great. This jacket was not even old, and this is the second time I had them dry clean it, but what a disappointment. Now I have to chuck it in the trash.

Now I am looking for new dry cleaners in the area. Beware of this business if you have expensive garments to clean.

I would highly recommend Hinsdale Cleaners, as they do an excellent job dry cleaning my clothes. I had a few stains on my pink dress, and was worried that they would not be able to come out of the fabric. I picked the dress up today, and it looks perfect! I am very happy with the results!
