What a wonderful experience we had in our short time living at 21 Spinning Wheel Rd. Amenities such as the party room and beautiful backyard, to the location next to Graue Mill, Fullersburg Woods, I-294 and Oak Brook shopping were just so appreciated. We absolutely loved our unusually spacious, newly-renovated 2 bedroom unit with all new appliances, including in-unit washer/dryer. The oversized beautiful bay windows also added a unique touch to the space and made it feel even larger! Facing west, we enjoyed some truly spectacular sunsets! I loved watching our living and dining rooms transform in that crazy beautiful orange glow that just filled the rooms! It was always my favorite time of day!

Special callout to Tom and Bill in the office as well as to Andy, head of maintenance, for always being so attentive, kind and responsive. Living here was really so enjoyable and we highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of leasing office space at Hinsdale Management Corp’s 1010 Jorie Blvd building for my therapy practice for the past 3 years. The office space was perfect for my needs as they have a variety of different sizing options to which I could find my perfect space. The lease terms were very agreeable and any maintenance needs were quickly dealt with through an online system which is very helpful. The building is very clean and very calm. I have a few other colleagues that have offices here as well and have had a wonderful experience too. It’s always telling when people have stayed in a building 10+ years. Since this was my practice’s second location, I unfortunately did not have a need for the second office so I am bummed to leave such a beautiful space. If my needs change in the future, I would most definitely look here or other Hinsdale Management Properties. I highly recommend leasing an office here! Also they have a sandwich shop in a building over and work out room!

My family lived in 2 apartments at 21 Spinning Wheel Rd for 11 years. We started out on the 15th floor in a two bedroom facing east. Beautiful views of the Chicago skyline sold my husband. We later moved to a three bedroom “K” end unit in 2016 so that my husband could use a bedroom as his office.

The units are large, you get a lot of space for the rent. The location, tucked away in nature, but close to the tollway was perfect for my commute north to my job and close enough to the schools (LTHS/COD) that our sons attended. My husband especially enjoyed the quick access to Salt Creek bike trail down York Road for his daily rides.

The office (Rita,Bill,Tom) and maintenance (Andy, Victor, Michael) staff were very responsive to requests or to answer questions. Multiple building improvements to the common areas have been made over the years including improved lighting and waterproofing in the garage, updated laundry room, the community garden plots, and the outdoor grilling/fire pit space.

The residents are very friendly. It’s a nice blend of folks ranging from seniors to young families.

We highly recommend the Spinning Wheel apartments in Hinsdale!

The management office & on site maintenance crew were not only respectful to each and every tenant; they would go above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy! My short stay in these units was very pleasant, the other tenants we're very kind and a pleasure to speak to in passing. For the price, you cannot beat the amount of square footage they provide, it was amazing how much space you had! Overall, I would recommend this complex for its location, surrounding nature, and the workability of the management staff.

We lived at 21 spinning wheel for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The maintenance was always done quickly and management addressed our needs as efficiently as possible and William and Tom were always willing to listen to any concerns we may have had. We had a completely remodeled unit. The units are unusually large and our two bedroom was extremely accommodating. The building sits in a extremely safe neighborhood and is tucked away in a quaint area that is surrounded by the river and the woods, with a nice outdoor space. Our family really enjoyed our time living here.

We love out office building! It might not be a new building, but it has all of the bells & whistles we could want or use. There is a workout room, a great large meeting room. Managment has always been very responsive!

The apartments are spacious. Some have updated kitchens and baths and some have the original 1969 accommodations. We live facing east and have a fabulous view of the Chicago skyline, and sometimes spectacular sunrises. The management is professional but friendly. They sometimes have a holiday party or gathering for other reasons.There is an area with raised garden beds, fenced in, that residents can use, and a greenhouse if you want to start your garden plants from seed. Units are remarkably soundproof. And there is a feel of community, not intrusive but friendly and caring. We've been here 6 years and love it.

I am a tenant at Hinsdale Management's Spinning Wheel apartments. I have been living there for 7 years now and I love the place. I rent a penthouse apartment with the best views from here to downtown! In addition, to the views the apartments are huge. I moved from a 2400 sq ft. townhome with a 1000 sq ft for basement , so space was very important. I also have 2 sister's that rent in the building as well and one who leases an office space. So I would recommend these places to anybody....
My experience with the staff has been really pleasant, the staff are really accommodating and they really care about their people. Since Covid-19 I had been experiencing some financial difficulties and Hinsdale Management had worked with me every step of the way. I feel blessed to have people who really care. So if you are looking for a place that is spacious, has amazing views, with friendly, and caring staff then the Spinning Wheel Apartments would be a great place for you!!!
