It’s too early to tell if the windshield was installed properly, but my negative review is based on the technician staining my seats with the tools used during the installation. The technician didn’t use any protective covering and placed his tools directly on my front driver and passenger seats.

When I contacted the owner or manager via email, the only solution offered was to have the same technician return to clean the seats. This is a family car that we’ve taken great care of, so I’d prefer to have it professionally cleaned. After making this request, I haven’t heard back from them.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hi-Tech Auto glass for a windshield chip repair on my Tesla, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I waited over a year to give this shop a five-star review. Well-deserved. I found it on Google and therefore would like to contribute back.

My windshield was cracked after an extended road trip. This place was willing to take me in almost immediately despite being a busy shop. Price was very reasonable. Best of all, just like they claimed: windshield has been holding up well.

Worst service and worst customer service. !! First they sent me a message saying my windshield would take an hour to be replaced. After taking it they told me they didn't know how long it would take. After almost 3 hours they sent a message saying my car was ready. The first thing I saw was a broken piece that goes under the edge of the windshield. They denied that they broke it. They didn't want to take responsibility. They weren't honest at all

This place is highly recommended. Very nice people here with reasonable price.They can finish installing the windshield in 2 hours on my FJ, and probably about 1 hour for a easy car.

Had our car smashed & grabbed, called them up and had an appointment the next day. Super fast service, and reasonable prices (I have no idea what I'm talking about), but it was worth it to have stuff done so quickly.

They are highly responsible on their job and have excellent service.
We often encounter unexpected problems in any type of services and stores, and it’s always an unpleasant experience. However, what I experienced here was the opposite. Some miscommunication or weather conditions made me delay to change the windshield, but their service was excellent to make me even happier in many ways. Definitely recommend.

My car had been broken into and had TWO windows broken. I called, got an estimate (half the price of other quotes I had received), said to come right in and repaired them both within an hour. They vacuumed out my car & trunk and I left without any signs of having the 2 broken windows an hour earlier
