I needed to find the property line on one side of my yard to handle a dispute with my neighbor about who was responsible for a tree that needed to be cut down. Hoggard was the only company I found that would do a partial survey and they came out within 2 days of my call. They staked and spray painted my property line. They also called me when they were on the way as requested. They offered to come back after the job was done so that I could talk to the surveyor because I couldn’t get there before he left (fast and efficient). The tree WASNT mine which saved me over 2 thousand dollars. Thank you!

First-time homeowner and needed a survey done to figure out fences/ tree removals. I'll start with them having me scheduled a few days out from my call. Maybe 3 or 4 days. I had Tim and Brad come out, and I was very pleased with the process. They called as soon as they were en route, with an ETA. As soon as they arrived, they got to work. I wasn't expecting the depth or amount of time it took, but they were out there the entire time taking measurements and asking if I had any questions when I went to walk my dog. A few days after the survey, I got my documents via email (opted for email) from Cristal. Unfortunately, over a week later, one of the flags was removed (assuming my neighbor due to encroaching over my line a few years ago and installing a 10 x 20 shed and wasn't happy) but I had no proof. I reached out just to see my options. Whether I had to get it resurveyed to ensure it was marked properly and full-on expected to pay for that bit of inconvenience I imposed. To my surprise, Cristal said she'd get someone out immediately to flag and spray and not to worry. These guys definitely surpassed any expectation I had, and I can say how much I appreciate it all. I'll end with the attitude of all involved. it was all so positive. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know who's in need of a survey.

I highly recommend Hoggard-Eure Associates. Cristal was very friendly when I called to let her know that I needed a physical survey for my property so that I can replace my fences. The price was very reasonable and a surveyor was able to come to my home the following week. I received a PDF version of the report a few days afterward that allowed me to send a copy to the fence company.
