Loved staying at this condo! It was decorated so well, clean, and right next to a grocery store and the beach. We didn’t need a car at all, but wanted to rent a golf cart - which they included a couple of places to rent from in the attachment they included! We didn’t want to leave! Coffee on the balcony was one of my favorite memories there. And being a beach bum, of course. Highly recommend!!!

We had the best stay at latitude attitude! Laura was great to work with and quick to respond. Had an issue connecting to internet and we were able to problem solve immediately. You can’t beat the view! Watch the sunset while sitting on one or two decks looking at the ocean. The beach is right across the road (and a beach cart, cooler, and chairs are available to borrow) and skinny’s burgers are right across the road. In close proximity to grocery store to buy things to make in the fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Laura’s condo last week and highly recommend for future families. Laura is a wonderful host with a genuine passion for wanting to assure that our stay was exceptional. She was extremely gracious and quick to respond. The unit is perfect. Nothing but positive comments to share. Great location literally across the street from the gulf, a grocery store and the best burger on the island. Very clean and beautifully appointed including upgraded appliances and everything one would need. She provided a storage room full of beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys if you bring children. The heated pool was a nice addition along with two walkout balconies to view the sunset. We had a car; however, with the free island trolly stopping in front of the unit, one could ride or walk to anywhere on the island without renting a vehicle. Oversized SMART televisions in every room with Roku devices. You will have to climb a set of stairs to reach the front door, but Laura makes sure you are aware of this potential obstacle. Cannot wait to return with our family.

Booked this condo via website and all seemed good until Hurricane Helene hit the area. Trying to get a refund was pointless. Owner was rude and unhelpful stating we could change dates but she wouldn't cancel. The original contract did state if i cancelled there would be no refund. However this was extenuating circumstances the Island of Anna Marie Florida was devastated. Final straw was the chief of police put a 45 day ban on rentals which meant owner Laura had no choice but to send me email cancelling but stating still no refund. She has broken local laws and was totally ignorant of what's right and wrong. Do not ever book this listing if you don't take relevant precautions/ insurance as you would never get a refund !!! Beware

My family and I had such a great time staying at Latitude Attitude! Plenty of space for the six of us to spread out when needed but also come together for some much needed family time. We look forward to our next vacation here! Thank you for having such a fantastic place for us to call home during our vacation.

Location!!! The beach right across the road was incredible convenience considering they supply chairs and umbrellas, it wasn’t too far to carry everything.

There’s also a burger shop across the street as well for quick food but with the full sized kitchen it’s worth stopping at Publix (also 1 block away) and grabbing a few things for dinner in the condo.

It’s definitely freshly remodeled with home away from home comfort and coziness in mind. The bed is ridiculously comfy and the balcony views at night are incredibly relaxing.

We can’t wait to go back!!!

I love this place! The beach is just across the street and they have all of the beach gear for you to use. The pool is heated so it’s nice when the ocean is too cold for swimming. I love how I can walk to everything from here. The owners are great to work with and are extremely responsive. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. I like that there is a washer and dryer, too! That way I didn’t have to overpack my luggage. We have six people and we can have all of us here. The kitchen is great because when I am cooking, I can see through to the dining room and serve up some drinks to my friends as we watch the BIG TV ! We were able to bring our wave runners, too! There is a large carport to park them. We will back! I just hope there is availability when we do. Love it here.

We stayed here in Dec 2022 and the proximity to the beach is awesome! The condo is exactly as pictured and we were able to easily grab the beach chairs and walk across the street to the beach! It was very clean and I like how the condo was private as it’s an end unit. We were able to walk to Publix and CVS and restaurants which was a huge benefit for our family as we didn’t want the added expense of renting a car. We will be staying here again!
