Kieth came out to fix our heat even though the roads were snowy. He got our heat back up and running. He had to replace the fan motor in the air handler. Heat is working and warming the house back up. The new fan seems a little louder than the old one when it was working fine but it definitely moves the air well. We were hoping it would be fixed last week but I think he had to wait on parts to come in.

Keith went out of his way to get our a/c running during the hottest week in August. He replaced the capacitor and the unit turned on but after he left I realized it still wasn’t cooling. He came back that night after talking to a friend who suggested he try switching the pos and neg wires for the fan. He realized the fan had been spinning in reverse. Fixed it. High-fives. Super nice guy who cared enough to come back and try something before ordering more parts and calling it a night. Thank you, Keith!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My AC has been out for 2 1/2 weeks. I files a claim with my insurance company and they assigned the job to Home Energy Savings. They sent out the least experienced employee they have on week one. The representative spent 5 mins at the property and was gone. The AC worked for 2 days and went back out again. For the past 2 1/2 weeks, i have been trying to get in touch with Home Energy Savings and they have my number blocked. I was finally able to contact Home Energy Savings and the guy I spoke to said he cannot do anything about the situation until ar least another week. They have already collected my deductible and my AC is still out with heat advisory coming from the state. This is a very shady company to deal with and hope you all read this before contracting them

This company was assigned by Cinch home warranty for a claim on my air conditioner. My technician Keith was timely, professional and helpful. Got the job done right the first time. I would recommend this company ten times out of ten. 👍🏻
