I first met with Kenny G and he was amazing. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. The salesperson they sent out was the exact opposite. Started with a high price and kept changing the price when I said it was too much. Sleezy tactics! I wonder how many people say yes quick and don't get the best price? If you use this company make sure say no a few times to get a better price.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. The install crew was great. Everything was cleaned up. They found a window frame was damaged from the manufacturer and we’re back out in just a couple weeks to replace it. We did have an issue with a window not staying open. They sent the technician to our house to take a look. He couldn’t fix it but ordered parts and it was fixed within a few weeks.

Salesman was very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He was very responsive when I called to make changes to my order. My existing door was weathered and the side windows were rusting. I absolutely love my new door and no one has anything like it in my neighborhood.

This company will rip you off. They rescheduled our appointment to a virtual consultation without speaking with us, because "it's our policy that both home owners be present at all meetings" something I'm convinced was simple sexism that a wife couldn't possibly make an informed decision. At the actual appointment the sales man rambled on for an hour and a half about his personal life and his podcast about men's feelings, then quoted us an eye-watering 38k for 19 windows but said "I could do it for 32k today as a deal for you." After telling him we had a quote for the same exact windows for 12k and he should just leave, he insisted he call the owner, "it's policy" before he left. This made us wait another 15 minutes before he offered to do the work for 14k, less than HALF THE ORIGINAL PRICE. Do not work with this company they are con artists and unpleasant to deal with.

High pressure sales and liars.

We applied for a quote through our BJ's membership for siding and windows. The sales rep showed up at 7:30pm on a weekday and discussed what we wanted done. She then quoted us our special membership price which was way higher than we were expecting. When we told her we would hold the quote and talk about it she said that the BJ's membership quote was only good for that day and if we waited we wouldn't get the discount price. When I asked why the price was so high she claimed that home fix employs all their workers, sends them through schooling, and doesn't use sub contractors. This was a lie. So unfortunately we fell for FOMO and high pressure sales. Two months later subcontractors show up and do a great job, but they're not home fix employees. The foreman confirmed this after I had asked before immediately trying to upsell me on a roof and gutters. He then informed me that we didn't even get the full package noting that many parts of the job still needed done, but we didn't pay for that.

Save your time, self respect, and money.

Hire local contractors and avoid these greasy liars.

Apparently their reps can’t read. Please stop sending people door to door. It’s obnoxious. Our homes are our sanctuaries. I have an autoimmune disorder and frequently feel awful. I was trying to sleep when your reps knocked and made my dogs freak out despite our no soliciting signs. GO. AWAY.
