Treat customers as thief. Always following and watching people as hawks while they’re trying to focus on what to buy. If you love your store too much maybe don’t open for sale?
This is my first time here and while the products look nice and the store very clean, I’ll never come back. The staffs need serious training.

I'm a Homegoods junkie. This store is the closest to me, but one of the worst I've experienced and it's consistently. I second the sentiments of a previous reviewer. I never get good vibes, there a weird person always following and watching as a cardholder it makes me want to cancel the card and shop World Market. I take the drive when I can. Ironically there's one cashier up until I come to the register then the one that's been following me is suddenly interested in being a cashier when the lines have been long enough for 2. As a previous loss prevention associate I do understand the need to protect the merchandise. But this store takes it too far. This last visit will be the last after hearing the cashiersvrude comment right in front of me about 2 items I was returning. They were never removed from the package and I had my receipt. Rude staff as also previously mentioned.

Excellent place. I am so glad to see a HomeGoods has made its way to Brooksville / Spring Hill. They have a great selection and the staff here are super nice. Of course it is clean and well stocked like every HomeGoods store. It was hard to get photos without anyone in them because the place is always so busy but I got as many as possible so you can see just all the different things they carry. Excellent place.

So, how long are we supposed to stand in line? Are we supposed to beg you to take our money?
No thanks. I’ll take my purchasing dollars elsewhere. How about you open more registers? Where’s the manager? Left a full cart there. Never again.
