We worked with Homeguard Environmental this past winter on a lead abatement for our antique home, and were completely blown away by the level of professionalism we were met with. Francisco and his team were amazing during this project. Francisco came to the home back when we were hoping to purchase it, and created a proposal for us quickly so that we could decide our next steps, should we purchase. Once we did, we contacted him numerous times via countless emails, with many questions and he patiently and promptly answered every one of them. We had many questions and concerns about the process itself and the disposal of the material. Homeguard was also very flexible in working with our window replacement company, since a lot of the lead was concentrated in the windows. They coordinated among themselves and really made this all a smooth process for us.

Once the project started we were given updates throughout and the team worked with us and our environmental inspector to make sure all of the lead was removed from our home. They went above and beyond with the final cleaning process, which is intense, in order to have the project cleared and completed. We couldn’t recommend this team more. We are extremely grateful for their hard work, attention to detail and all of their patience and help with and throughout this process.

Francisco and his team did an outstanding job! Our project was quite complex, involving multiple abatement tasks, but they managed everything smoothly and with great professionalism. The pricing was fair, especially given the scope of work they completed. Their demolition work was impressively clean and tidy, and they were always responsive, keeping me informed throughout the process.

The office staff was very helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Francisco took the time to address all of my concerns, which was a huge relief as this was my first time dealing with an abatement project.

UPDATE: Homeguard did asbestos and mold remediation at my house. The entire team -- Francisco, Rhasheda, Christian and their colleagues-- are great to work with. Extremely diligent, thorough and honest, with great communication.

This company removed asbestos insulation from my basement pipes, the company as a whole had great customer service. When I initially called they booked me for an appointment for shortly after I bought my home. Francisco came out to do a quote and the price was very reasonable. The team came out and they worked very professionally. Some minor items were in the area of work, and they covered them and left the area very clean and neat. I really appreciate working with a company that’s quick, professional and does their job exactly as advertised. Thank you! The basement is completely different now and removing all the hazards has made it an area I can actually use comfortably.
