Her written report was meticulous and easy to understand. She was using the latest technology equipment. Before I hired her I researched the scope she said she would use and it is the latest detection equipment. As a landlord of several "Section 8" rental properties, you may need to have your property tested for lead based paint. It is for the safety of your tenants, especially children under 6 years of age. I recently needed to do a risk assessment on one of my properties. As you could imagine, I was a bit concerned and had a time restraint deadline to meet. Jackie from Homesafe Environmental Solutions was understanding and quick to come to assist me with my situation.She squeezed me in the next business day. Jackie was able to give me immediate results because she uses the most accurate and non-evasive method of testing (XRF X-ray Florescence). Jackie relieved a lot of my worries and produced an extensive report including lab results and images all meeting government standards. I highly recommend Jackie with Homesafe Environmental Solutions if you want someone that truly cares about what she is doing, is reliable, thorough and a true lead expert.
