Plenty of space to sit and wait to be picked up after the train drops you off. The seats are a bit farther away from the train track itself so you need to pay attention when the train is supposed to arrive.

This place has been really upgraded.Now it holds a different vibe as far as waiting for the train. Still really need a very concer focus on the water problem inside and there need toa focus on getting more on getting more wheel chair accessible. Lastly there need to be a sign for the elevator.

Nice alternative for travelers not wanting to travel all the way to downtown Chicago Union Station. This station is located in a safe easy access from major thorough fares and major highways. Seems like this station has had an uptick in passengers since the last time I have been thru there.

I was on vacation in Chicago me and my cousin decided to ride on the Metro. It was an awesome experience the two ladies attendance what's super nice. They even suggested places to go downtown Chicago I took their advice and had an awesome time. The platform is always clean and does have a bathroom. Although the walkway under the station is always wet and has a dank/pee smell
