My PC had totally died about a year ago. Bill replaced the hard drive, installed new software, and was able to save all my data. My PC has been running beautifully ever since, and the cost of repair was a mere fraction of the cost of buying a new one. I highly recommend this service.

I do not recommend going here. Not honest and rude. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of. I brought in a laptop that needed to be restored the man working didn’t even try to do anything to the computer while I was there, The worker there told me it would be 125$ to fix and that I would need a complete system reset which was not the case. He insisted I pay for the 125$ and when I said I couldn’t afford that he went on to ask me what would happen if he did the system reset and reinstalled windows 10.. As I said just call me and let me know you would need to do that to fix it. Then basically asked me to leave. Overall I wouldn’t come here unless you want to get ripped off. (Restored windows myself and it took 30 minutes)

Had my PC basically rebuild here after having a major hard drive failure. The guys did good work recovering my data and putting my computer back together for the most part but I still have a bios problem with the computer shutting itself down occasionally after startup. it's kind of a pain in the ass but I'm not going to deal with it, I don't feel like spending another $350 on it. The guys seem very knowledgeable and personable but trying to get a straight answer sometime is like trying to run through a maze, maybe it's that they are just so tech-savvy they don't know how to communicate with the regular people and break it down into layman's terms. If I had another issue that was serious enough to warrant service yes I would go here again.

Second star just for taking the minute to test the power cord.

Walked in to see if i can get a small test done to see if the power cord was bad or the power port on my laptop. Right away tries to sell me a power cord, which wasn't the exact one I have. Gives me a speech on a bench price, yadda yadda, then proceeds to agree to test the cord which turned out to be good. So that left the power port to be the issue, which after all that, he lost my business to diagnose that issue.
All in all: bad customer service. If you want to spark a debate about a bench fee and how people come in wanting something free, a helping hand for a few minutes out of your day for free shows kindness and brings business.

I learned my lesson the hard way with this company. I took in my company computer that was running slow and they broke it. Their excuse was it was going to break anyway. I had to go buy a new computer for $400 and they charged me to set it up and transfer data another $150.00. The computer came set up so that was a total lie then they never retrieved any data because it was broke😥 When I went to pick my old computer up they couldn't find it but I finally got my old one back. I took it somewhere else and they set it up and saved and transferred 4 years of office data for me and charged me less than this company did ..... word of warning don't go here!

Went in to have my hard drive put back in place. They charged me 40$ for a screw for a 10 min job. Will not go back and I don’t recommend at all. Owner told me that he wouldn’t charge me the full amount. Well he lied.
