Sent a “plumber” out to fix a problem with my neighbors apartment. Apparently it was my toilet, I let him in and he essentially breaks my toilet and runs back out to me and ask “how does a brand new toilet sound? Only catch is yours won’t work until I bring it tomorrow.”

He becomes rude and arrogant when I’m hesitant to something I never really had a choice in. I inquire what happened and he states “ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS YOUR GETTING A NEW TOILET!!!!”””” He then proceeds to tell me that even if I want to keep mine I need to use a bucket, which he becomes angry because I do not have one… so he brings a dirty scrap pail in from his truck.

After he was picking up his things and asked me for one of my towels TO CLEAN UP TOILET WATER. I decline and he scoffs and tells me “your the only person who doesn’t let me use their towels”.

He then tells me my toilet cannot be turned “on” for 24 hours when he comes back as he pretty much glued it to bandage his error and then shows up less than 16 hours later saying it’s good because I said it is and turns it on.

They then sent someone for a leak in my bathtub and a clogged sink. It was the same “plumber” and this is the quality of work he provided with caulking and the condition he left my sink and vanity in. There is sewer/pipe residue everywhere, he left caulking on the tub and large areas had huge pockets, he simply wiped his thumb with the tub as seen. This is disgusting and I could’ve done this myself. Not to mention IT WAS NEVER FIXED.

Please do not hire these people if you are seeking values, quality, and care. There is zero respect for other people and their homes. Completely unprofessional!

UPDATE: he also took the time to smear his sewage waste/residue on my child’s bath toys!

I also updated their boss and they were fully aware and have done nothing to fix this or address the situation.

Most units are good for 15 years, I have received more than my 15 years of service. 34 years!
Rather than push my luck further, I ordered a new HVAC system.
Reliable service! DUCANE made by LENNOX was installed at a very reasonable price $3,800.00 whole house.

Shower faucet was not working right. I researched it and believed a whole new fixture was needed. I did have to call a couple times before I got a reply but once I spoke to someone they did the work the same day. Gavin looked it over and solved the problem by replacing one bent component. Saved me a lot of money. Gavin was pleasant and professional. Didn't waste any time. zero problems / reasonable price / fast service. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our water heater was leaking and needed 2-50 gal tanks for geothermal system after getting an estimate of nearly $5000 from another company I called for an estimate. Houseman quoted $2200 which was below the other companies install only price. So we hired Houseman. They showed up on time and was done in less than 2 hours. And when we got the bill it was even cheaper. They were very friendly and professional. We are very happy and will definitely call them for all our future plumbing needs.

Houseman Supply is a very professional company that we have used for a number of years for various needs, most notably our HVAC and Water Heater. Houseman was always on time, and if unable to make the scheduled time due to unforeseen time spent with another client, they will call in advance to let you know they are running a little late. Houseman will prioritize their time if there is an emergency repair need, without compromising times schedules with other clients. Everyone that has come to assist us have always been wonderful to talk to, polite, and very knowledgeable. The costs of the services are very reasonable, for both the cost of parts and time spent. The work quality is well worth it! I would recommend to anyone in the area to use Houseman. 🙂

Chad is very nice, professional, prompt, and does quality work. He has replaced a sump pump, water heater, fixed a leaky drain, and a few other things for us. We will definitely call them back. They are very reasonable too!
