The DMV of waste services.
How can a company run so inefficiently and act like they are doing their customers a favor when I spend 30 k a month on haul offs.
Alas, I would not recommend.

Service Was Better Off With HWS, Now That FCC Environmental Took Over Service Has Declined. If FCC Environmental Wants To Keep There Customers Happy They Need To Step Up There Trash Game, And Provide Reasonable Service And Show Up On Time.

I have a strong hatred for this company. They have absolutely no respect for the people of Houston. HWS trucks come to my apartment complex at 2 am every night and are entirely inconsiderate of people sleeping. I’m so surprised that this is legal and am extremely close to getting involved with the police or the houston government to see if there is a solution to this problem. HWS has negatively impacted my quality of living to a point where I have fallen sick multiple times because I am unable to sleep through the night. It is absolutely absurd and disrespectful that a company would operate and make so much noise in residential areas at this hour of the night.

I have been using Houston Waste Solutions for over three years and they are awesome! They have bent over backwards and gotten me out of jams more times than I can count. Elvira in dispatch is always friendly and ready to help and the drivers have made the effort to call me when they needed to get in a locked gate, where in my experience, other companies just leave the site and don't even try. I will continue to use HWS for a long time to come.

Cindy and the rest of the team at Waste Solutions were AMAZING! In addition to being very competitive on price, their customer service was outstanding. They were very descriptive on what could not be trashed. There were NO Hidden Fees. The dumpster was dropped off and picked-up on-time. Cindy's real-time updates were 5-Star. HWS is by far the best hauler in the Houston area, I can't say enough good things about them. Whenever I need bailed out of a jam, they've been eager to help right away. They've always provided me with impeccable, super quick service. Very friendly and so much more efficient than dealing with frustrating big chain haulers.

This place is horrible, no professionalism. Employees have to use their money to put gas in these trucks, if not you’ll run out..they won’t give a gas card. AC went out on a 100 degree day and the owner Erin had the nerves to think that I was going to finish the route in that hot box. There’s a lot of brown nosing at that job, they lie and erase pics and will say you didn’t go to a customer to , just to kiss the boss’s behind. Don’t work for this company. most of their employees left and went to GFL… Horrible employers

Smooth Move/Waste Solutions has great service friendly sales rep. Delivery and pickups were great and team is very responsive to our needs. No issues with billing Sunny was great to work with.
