William Rivers was our rep. He has been on both sides of the mold remediation business over the years and that experience was invaluable. He is professional, informative, helpful and always available to bounce questions off of. He leaves you feeling like he genuinely cares about you and your situation and being as helpful as possible--a rare thing these days, but much appreciated.

One example, when our insurance company declined to cover any of our issue, he put me in touch with a public insurance adjuster and it looks like our insurance company will now be paying what they should.

A great company and adjuster and I highly recommend him for your issue, should you be unfortunate to have one.
