I have been looking for a place to do my taxes. Been scared to trust anyone else and H&R Block made the process and me being new so easy and comfortable. They were professional and answered all my questions. Then dusty was so amazing he is the guy who did my taxes and I have so much madness and he made it seem so simple on his end. Great place you should definitely do your taxes with them.

My fiance and I do our own taxes every year and save a significant amount of money doing it, this time we used h&r because they offer a same day tax advance (at least that was what they advertised and the staff will tell you) not only did we not get an advance but we paid 500 dollars between us to have the less than qualified staff to do it, the person doing my fiance's taxes needed help to do them and my fiance was far more knowledgeable than the staff about filing, to make it worse, the tax advance has to be approved and is subject to denial, my fiance was outright denied for a tax advance, but i was told by the staff that i was approved and would recieve a text to inform me that i could use this silly debit card that my refund would be credited on, we were okay with the money we were paying h&r because we need the money sooner rather than later, i was denied after being told by the staff i had been approved and am now out 500 bucks as apposed to the normal 50 we pay to file for nothing at all, they were unsympathetic and said it could be denied when i barged in to complain, but during the filing process they assured me it was approved, filing your taxes yourself is not difficult and you should definitely do it yourself before paying a large chunk of your tax money to watch this less than qualified staff do it for you, also do not buy in to the same day tax advance, they lied to my face during the process of filing by telling me i was approved and then when it was all said wnd done told me it was subject to denial and had been, a hard lesson to learn but the $450 we lost using them for nothing has taught us not to trust them, we hope you wont either
