I have been using this company for six years and needed to renew my contract in September. It is almost February and I find out that they never renewed my contract and put me on a month-to-month basis. My electric bill was $3000 for January. I have already called three times this week trying to get everything cleared up and to get my contract started and each time I call I am told it they not renewed my contract yet. They owe me around $4000 for the months that I was supposed to be under contract, and every time I call to check up on it I am given the run around. I am about to get a lawyer involved!

I would not recommend this company for your business.
Their auto draft created an error and did not clear. They charged me a fee, even though my bank, nor I was at fault. They would not waive the fee, and will not allow auto draft on the account anymore. When I signed up with them (they took over the business account from my previous company), they bad talked the previous company. I should have found another company altogether. If you own a business, go elsewhere for your electricity.

I regret not reading some helpful reviews before choosing this company! This companys’ method are really shameless. They treat customers like competitors. The sales reps are like temporary workers, not professional at all! They just want to complete their job and completely avoid talking about the things we need to understand in the contract. The contract of this company is full of traps , and in the end we have to use the law to protect our rights. Google should give zero stars choise. They don’t deserve even one star. If someone vote more than three stars, I doubt they are employees of this company. I am responsible for my review. This company must stay away

I chose to sign up w an energy broker that was using Hudson Energy. Unknown to me my local municipality signed a deal for the entire community at a cheaper rate than I was offered. I had no say in the matter. My local Energy Company canceled the Hudson Contract before it got started and they are trying to bill me for $400 for an early Termination when I supplied them the letter from the municipality on the change. What a scam.

I try to start new business. I dont know, how they got my no. They contact me for the electric contract. Im not aware of that its 5yrs fixed. I thought we change the company any time with 15days of notice same as other company. But here no. And they didn't inform me too. When the market price getting low, my bill was same as before. And i called and ask, they refused due to the contract which i was not aware. If i need to change, they ask $15k for fine. And customer service is so worst. They never treat us as a customer. Treat as contract slaves.

Please dont choose this company for any services.
